My name is Elsy Makhlouf and I’m the Owner and CEO of Lively Public Relations.
I am a trilingual public relations practitioner with a demonstrated work experience in the federal government and not-for-profit sectors. I have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a double minor in Management and Marketing from Mount Saint Vincent University.
After receiving a lot of support from the community and achieving recognition through multiple scholarships, awards and nominations from MSVU, Canadian Public Relations Society of NS, Lebanese Chamber of Commerce, and the National Research Council of Canada, I decided to start my own company, Lively Public Relations and Branding Inc.
My goal is to keep growing my company, while participating in the growth and success of other local businesses. I love to help clients reach their desired spotlight and help them find valuable and lasting connections with the community and further.
Fun facts about me: - I am a singer/songwriter and guitarist who sings in English, French, Arabic & Spanish, and occasionally in other languages such as Italian, Portuguese, Nigerian, Persian and more. I studied vocals, music theory and classical guitar for 6 years, and have performed in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, PEI and New Foundland & Labrador.
Hassan E. Almusawii Photographer
My name is Hassan E. Almusawii and I am the Photographer at Lively Public Relations.
I’m a third year Health Promotion and Nursing Student completing my Masters degree at Dalhousie University, and a photographer at heart since 2012.
My photography journey started after I graduated from high school where I started working with the National Council for Culture and Arts as a Professional Photographer in Kuwait, and worked with a majority of actors, singers, artists, and celebrities in the Middle East. I received the Best Photographer Award from Arab Open University in Kuwait in 2015 and Best Photographic Panel Award from the American University of Kuwait in 2016.
Together with the marketing team, we work on connecting the image with a unique story for each brand, event or person.
Fun facts about me: - I speak three languages: Arabic, Persian and English – I am a Kuwait Judo Champion 2013 – I teach people how to invest their money online on a daily basis
Fateh Ahmed Film Director
My name is Fateh Ahmed and I am the Film Director for Lively Public Relations.
Over the course of my 15 years experiences in teaching and curriculum development, I worked as a department head for the Digital Filmmaking program, a program manager, regional manager, lecturer, and an educational director for a number of national and international academic institutions including the Wall Street Institute, The Center for Arts and Technology, and most recently, Da Vinci College.
My teaching experiences cover a wide range of subjects including the fields of Business Administration, English & Media communication, Digital Filmmaking, Audio Engineering, and Music Scoring. I have additionally translated my educational experiences into the language of film and cinema mostly apparent and represented in my documentary film works, where I have produced and directed a number of socio-economic and cultural films aimed at the wellbeing of all.

''My name is Nada Musa and I’m the Social Media Specialist at Lively Public Relations.
I’m a 4th year kinesiology student at Dalhousie with a love for connecting with others and keeping others connected. Although my degree lies within the health sector, I have always been passionate about marketing, advertising and digital communication. I currently handle all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
My target with our customers' social media presence is to portray the brand and the people behind it in an authentic and interactive image. Working with the Lively team keeps me motivated to deliver the results that our customers need.
